研究领域与方向
1. 恶性肿瘤发生与发展的分子机制。重点研究重要抑癌基因异常低表达或基因丢失在膀胱癌、结直肠癌等发生发展过程中的作用及其分子机制。
2. 具有抑癌活性的新型化合物的筛选，药理分子机制研究，及抗肿瘤药物临床前研究。
3. 与人类健康密切相关的生物酶与酶制剂的开发与应用。
